Job Title: Operations/Product Analyst

Salary Range: $110,000 -$120,792.50/year

Job Description: As a member of Gap’s retail inventory team, responsible for articulating user needs, pain points, user impact, and desired outcomes for features. Responsible for maintaining and prioritizing a backlog of work items for multiple apps or services. Responsible for roadmaps for multiple retail inventory features. Develop project plans and key stake holder engagement strategy on inventory initiatives. Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders. Articulate product needs clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross functional partners. Identify dependencies with other strategic initiatives and report findings to managers/leadership. Influence product managers to incorporate dependent features into roadmaps. Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce continual process, tool and methodology improvements.  Identifies, measures, and interprets results to validate product strategy. Provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving strategic inventory operations opportunities to leadership.   

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience and/or education must include:

1. Experience as a Product Manager in retail inventory management domain.
2. End-to-end delivery alongside a scrum team of a BI technology product from inception to deployment.
3. JIRA and Confluence.
4. Working in an Agile DevOps model.
5. Product management using PowerBI
