Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer 4 for its San Francisco, California office.

 Job Duties: Lead and drive from requirements, scoping, design, development, deployment of data management systems and infrastructure for building and supporting new business intelligence systems; Scale up the data ingestion pipeline, data quality, processing system while maintaining SLAs on performance, reliability, and system availability; Measure and continuously improve ETL execution times, cost of running data processing jobs in production, rate of experimentation, reducing iteration time to help the teams make better decisions about how and what we build and try next; Lead new design and data architecture for near real-time software features; Build & run large-scale data pipelines. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Two years of experience in: Creating interactive data visualizations and reports for business intelligence and data analysis; and Complex data analysis, enabling users to extract valuable insights and generate reports from databases, supporting business decision-making using multiple programming languages.

Salary:  $115,000 - $187,000
