Manager, Salesforce Consulting (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Jose, CA. Help clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. Focus on understanding client’s challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce. Assist large organizations with improving the performance of their Sales, Service, Marketing, R&D, IT and Operations business units. Resolve business and technology challenges related to CRM technology implementation, deliver Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and develop and design platform-based applications that meet client business needs. Supervise and coach teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $197,829/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Certification(s) required: Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Advanced Administrator; Salesforce Certified Developer; Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant; or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

-         Defining and delivering scalable technical solution architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds;

-         Performing systems application implementations, software configurations, or other related coding in at least one or more of the following technical product suites: Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, cloud business applications or on-premise ERP business applications;

-         Performing third party integrations, applying knowledge of third-party functionality and impact of these integrations; and,

-         Developing project plans and task estimations and creating functional requirements documentation.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
