Tax Senior Associate, International Tax Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, San Francisco, CA. Help multi-national businesses achieve their business goals in a tax-efficient manner and address their cross-border tax needs by analyzing their financial information and preparing reports. Work with teams to assist clients in formulating effective and tax-efficient cross-border strategies for both US and overseas investments, while managing the global structural tax rate.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience.

Must have one year of experience with each of the following:

- Assisting companies to understand and assess the international tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions;

- Providing research and consulting within an international taxation environment; and

- Analyzing various tax structures of funds and investments to improve tax efficiencies of cross-border flows regarding investor returns.

Travel up to 20% is required.
