Manager, International Tax Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, San Jose, CA. Help multi-national businesses achieve their business goals in a tax-efficient manner, and address their cross-border tax needs by analyzing their financial information and preparing financial reports. Work with teams to assist clients in formulating effective and tax-efficient cross-border strategies for both U.S. and overseas investments, while managing the global structural tax rate, by computing taxes owed and assisting in preparing tax returns. Upon providing internal audit services, assist clients in responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Business Taxation, Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Business Taxation, Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least 1 year of experience with each of the following:

• Assisting companies to understand and assess the international tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions;
• Providing research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment;
• Providing clients with reports on structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective tax rate analysis and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows; and
• Must have prior experience working in a public accounting firm, law firm, or corporate tax department of a multinational company.

Travel up to 20% of the time is required.
