Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager Finance for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to the sales organization and support functions to facilitate deal composition and approvals, including quoting, exception escalation and management; hold daily office hours with SMB and Commercial Sales Managers and Customer Success Managers to strategize on deals and be the knowledgebase for pricing policies; serve as SFDC and CPQ expert to validate deal submissions, conduct UAT Testing, and work with Enterprise Systems, Sales Enablement and Order Management to resolve issues; optimize and manage a continuous deal pipeline by ensuring Sales follows deal desk guidelines and revise deal desk processes to enable best practices; evaluate deals with strong analytical skills to advise others on how to best structure the deals based on customers buying patterns, discounts, COGS and product features. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. Two years of experience in: CPQ for a multi-national SaaS business; Designing and developing cross functional quote approval processes and workflows; Using SQL and Tableau to report, design and maintain datasets and dashboards; and Designing and maintaining financial calculator using API to automate on a large scale.

Salary: $150,000-$167,296 per year
