Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: CPA, Member of the Bar, or foreign equivalent.

• Identifying appropriate accounting method and performing tax analyses of timing of income, revenue and deductions;

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $152,000 – $191,000/yr
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: CPA, Member of the Bar, or foreign equivalent.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
• Identifying appropriate accounting method and performing tax analyses of timing of income, revenue and deductions;
• Analyzing stock basis, asset basis, earnings & profits, and Section 382;
• Understanding corporate structural changes including dispositions, mergers, liquidations or extraordinary distributions; and,
• Working with large, complex data set to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement: Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% required.
