JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Demo Strategy Program Manager in Cupertino, CA. Set demo and content strategy for in-store & on-device experiences by building consensus across leaders from Product Marketing, Marcom, Sales and iTunes/App store teams. Define content and demo strategy in support of Apple-branded, seasonal and geo-specific campaigns. Align strategy with Sales initiatives and operational complexities of various Apple resellers, strategic routes-to-market, and mature and emerging markets. Execution of on-device demo and content strategy must consider store staff capabilities and competing priorities. Develop advanced analytics, reporting and supporting tools to evaluate effectiveness of demo and content strategy for executive review; tools should integrate into existing Apple systems. Prioritize strategic initiatives by Apple line-of-business, geo/market, partner and route-to-market. Deliver content plans for 500 custom layouts annually, setting direction for virtual production team. Build processes and integrated tools & systems to manage content planning operations. Influence design of new and enhancements to existing tools and systems that enable instore demonstration of Apple products. Manage planning, execution and reporting activities across worldwide, geo and partner organizations.
