Outbound Sales Representative

Outbound Sales Representative, Softchoice Corporation, San Francisco, CA. Increase business revenue and manage gross profit by generating new customer buying accounts. Create new offerings and services, and continue to drive new levels of efficiency. Deeply understand business objectives. Drive net-new software and hardware business. Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical professional services and ability to sell to clients. Experience in a Managed Services Environment. Create and execute a prospecting strategy to acquire new clients and develop new business relationships every quarter within assigned territory. Perform strategic account planning, including industry research, competitive insight and client forecasts. Develop strong C-level relationships with existing and prospective clients. Leverage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and company sales methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines. Leverage industry and company knowledge to identify customer business problems, and address those opportunities through the solution sale of software, hardware and services. Engage internal resources to create and implement customized solutions for the client to provide best in class service. Develop and maintain deep client relationships. Maintain strategic alignment with local vendor and distribution channel partnerships. Keep updated on product and industry knowledge and attend product training as required.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Business Administration, or related and 2 years of experience working in a business-to-business sales environment. In lieu of a bachelor, will accept 2 additional years of experience working in a business-to-business sales environment.

Must also possess the following experience:

  • Selling to the C-suite, and multiple line of business leaders;
  • Navigating annual reports;
  • Interpreting financial data and forecasting;
  • Using SaaS and Public Cloud;
  • Selling technical Professional Services and Advanced Managed Services;
  • Managing a sales funnel; and,
  • Working in the technology industry

Travel up to 60% is required.
