JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Technical Project Producer in Cupertino, California. Prioritize product features and requirements based on business needs and technical constraints to improve Apple's marketing platform. Drive requirements and integration with the Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager) to efficiently maintain marketing content and assets. Lead or participate in workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams (Sales, Information System & Technology) to drive technical project delivery. Create and handle project timeline and software releases, and handle the day-to-day relationship with development teams to ensure timely project delivery. Analyze and resolve production issues by working independently or with the support of the development team. Write, curate and maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and systems to report. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to derive feedback to existing features and identify insights for future product enhancement. Evaluate and facilitate integration with third-party data analytics software (Adobe Analytics). Acquire statistics and solicit team retrospective feedbacks to streamline technology delivery processes and improve efficiency.
