Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager Motion Designer for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Collaborate with executives, product, marketing, and customer sales/support teams to map product-specific media campaigns and produce the required assets. Supervise projects in Pakistan and the U.S. with engineering, web development, marketing, customer sales/support, and quality assurance to ensure all assets produced by the team are appropriately placed in the product and convey the message to our customers as initially mapped out with the executives in the US. Use extensive knowledge of UX, interaction design, motion animation, and marketing tactics; lead team in collaborating with cross-functional technology, marketing, and operations teams to identify target customers and create interactive product design (microinteractions, user interface, mobile animations), product-oriented support (training videos, product demos, and support center animated assets); marketing material (hardware and software

promotional content); and motion-based content for employees, investors, and candidates; collaborate with team in creating material for both long-haul trucking, construction, oil & gas, food & bev, agriculture, passenger transport, and local commercial vehicle industries across areas including safety, compliance, real-time tracking, asset management, maintenance, fuel, utilization, and dispatch. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Two years of experience in: Motion Design in 2D and 3D; Interface and Interaction Design; CSS Animation. Also requires experience or education in: AR/VR.

Salary: $160,000 to $177,190 per year
