Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Electronic Arts, Inc., Redwood City, CA.

Research conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets. Lead Marketing Programs including Go to Market, Growth, Community and Lifecycle for Covet Fashion and Sims City Build It. Responsible for the growth KPIs and for defining the marketing objective and strategies to achieve these goals aligned with financial plans, product roadmap, and audience insights. Act as the chair of the cross-functional team of channel leads planning and executing marketing plans. Collaborate with UA, PM, Finance, and Analytics to build business cases for new marketing initiatives. Key results focus on paid and organic growth marketing strategies – building innovative multi-channel campaigns that expand the reach of our products. Connect marketing activities to measurable results and make strategic decisions that balance short term ROI and long-term growth. Partner with a diverse group of stakeholders across the product and growth teams including Product Management, UA, PR, Creative Development, Community, and Analytics. Develop the research plan in partnership with UXR and studio team for the new game to better understand the target audience, the competitive landscape, and unique selling propositions for new titles. Guide marketing plans for all phases of the game launch from internal betas to external betas, soft launches and worldwide launch. Telecommuting permitted. (SMPM-S-102-CARC)

 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $154,357 - $219,000/yr. EA offers benefits incl. PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance & 401(k) to eligible E’ees. Certain roles eligible for bonus & equity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Finance, Business Administration, or in a related field and six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.

 

Qualifying experience must include two (2) years in each of the following skills (which may be gained concurrently):

 

-      Mobile User Acquisition;

-      Brand Building;

-      Lifecycle Marketing;

-      Community and Social Media Management;

-      App Store Optimization; and

-      Go to marketing planning and campaign management.
