Responsible for supporting the efforts of the Project Manager to design and produce construction documents. Work will include set production, computer modeling and renderings, design and light production management.

Responsible for set production, computer modeling and renderings, and design and light production management, and independently draft and assemble construction documents in a timely and efficient manner.  Review conceptual designs to ensure compliance with the firm's standards, mechanical, building systems, codes, and ADA requirements.  Coordinate consultant's work to ensure compliance with design solutions and timely submissions of documents, and interact effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth work-flow and ensure successful project delivery.

Primary responsibilities will include:

 -    To create and contribute to project design and development.

-     Drawing production and generation of drawings.

-     Develop and track project budgets.

-     Manage contract administration budget for assigned projects.

-     Oversee tasks and provide feedback on work product.

-     May be involved with day-to-day coordination with clients

-     Mentor the work of junior staff

-     Supports multiple projects concurrently.

Be involved in all phases of architectural design, including the planning and interior design of complex projects.  Utilize knowledge of engineering technology, interior design materials and construction methods, and engage in drafting and detailing using technology including Photoshop, 3D, InDesign, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Requirements:

Masters Degree in Architecture or a related degree plus 2 years of experience as an Architect, an Interior Design Project Manager, or a related position.  Experience must include

• Developing Interior Design drawings and renderings according to design direction within timelines
• Engaging proactively in design exploration, idea sharing, and collaboration throughout  the development process.
  • Developing drawings set for all phases of projects (Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document review, Drawing and Construction Administration.)
  • Providing/developing all details and drawings for a project related to Interior Design scope.
