JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Alliance/Partner Specialist in Cupertino, California. Handle on-boarding of new merchants for the Apple Pay eCommerce platform with specific emphasis on the shopping, specialty retail, QSR, and donation verticals. Enable third-party eCommerce payment service providers to accept Apple Pay as a payment method for their merchants. Identify scope, user experience, and solution definition for eCommerce payment architectures. Test plans and post-launch operational processes for Apple Pay. Support strategic merchant partnerships by enabling new partner Apple Pay capabilities and by improving performance of existing implementations. Work directly with the Apple Pay Business Development team and also cross-functionally with Apple Pay Engineering, Operations and Marketing. Lead multiple merchant projects and craft scalable solutions for diverse merchant partners. Mitigate risks with launches and provide updates and communication to business leaders. Collaborate closely with third-party eCommerce payment service providers to resolve issues that arise during project assessment or implementation. International and domestic travel required 15%.
