DUTIES: Responsible for identifying and procuring goods and services required by the organization, while managing all procurement-related activities (20% of time). Review and update existing procurement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation to ensure alignment with business goals (5% of time). Develop and document new workflow processes for integrating NetSuite Manufacturing Work Orders and Service Purchase Orders (5% of time). Create and implement reconciliation processes for Coil inventory management to ensure accurate tracking and reporting (5% of time). Prepare reports, tables, and charts to support procurement decision-making and provide actionable insights. (5% of time). Vendor onboarding and evaluation: Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure all vendors meet compliance requirements (8% of time). REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree* in business administration, supply chain management, economics, or a related field, or foreign degree equivalent, and 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
Experience must also include 3 years of experience utilizing ERP (NetSuite) and integrating it with other applications; 3 years of experience managing multiple projects; 3 years of experience utilizing business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems; 2 years of experience in Supplier performance analysis and procurement optimization using data-driven approaches; 3 years of experience with ERP (NetSuite) utilization for purchase order creation, tracking, and system integrations; and 2 years of experience in Financial accuracy management, including invoice verification and reconciliation.
