JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Quality Assurance Engineer in Cupertino, California. Design, create, and run testing scenarios that highlight flaws in applications based on real-world design issues. Identify, reproduce, and isolate bugs found via debugging, scenario tests, and performance. Assess Apple products for design capability to improve performance and workflow. Provide feedback and influence the future designs of Apple products used in the print, design, imaging, and 3D industries. Evaluate hardware and software performance and efficiency using competitive benchmarking. Test, automate, and run product evaluations. Interface with 3rd parties, or teams managing 3rd party relationships at Apple. Evaluate and improve Apple’s 3D and Imaging Pro product by applying practical knowledge of Apple product usage in a professional design setting. Conduct field analysis of customer workflows in real-word production environments. Collaborate cross-functionally with development, hardware, marketing and tech support teams. Utilize Python programming to script 3D automation environments and tools. Remain current on industry trends in film, games, graphic design, VR/AR and visual effects.
