JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Engineering Project Coordinator in Cupertino, CA. Coordinate cross-functionally with multiple internal teams as well as external suppliers to drive development of wireless subsystem in products. Set technical strategy, plan, and drive high quality execution on schedule. Communicate design maturity and status with executives and team members and drive issues to effective resolution. Drive cross functional teams for failure/root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Drive production wireless tests from prototype to mass production. Drive the project plans for development of test procedures, test plans, and test reports. Act as the main contact concerning wireless tests and processes with Contract Manufacturers. Educate and work with cross-functional team to carry out validations as per wireless specifications. Interface with and drive vendors, integrating their deliverables and schedules into the project. Coordinate engineering teams during new product feature development and work with Systems teams to integrate the feature on future products. Work closely with Operations team to ensure smooth handover from new product introduction to mass production.
