JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Production Services Engineer in Cupertino, California. Understand the health of products by bringing order to the many signals and datasets, including system metrics and alerts, business metrics, bugs and customer issues. Inspect, test, reproduce and troubleshoot issues with ad operations-based systems, self-service platforms and sites/portals. Act as a liaison between Finance, Campaign Managers/Trafficking, Client Services, Sales, Publisher Relations, Engineering and Product (developers, product managers and QA and network operations) teams. Responsible for projects and problem solutions including a working knowledge of the workflows for digital advertising. Investigate and escalate issues and helping educate teams to become more self-sufficient. Review expectations of internal and external customers. Identify ways to improve Production processes and helping to bring about the needed changes. Analyze production issues at the code level to help Engineering drive to a quicker solution. Build debugging tools in Java in order to speed production triage. Quantify production issue trends based on data-driven metrics and SLA-driven resolution of client issues.
