JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Engineering Project Coordinator in Cupertino, California. Create and update the schedule for imagery and testing readiness leading up to production. Coordinate with the California-based testing team prepping sources. Communicate the findings with global stakeholders. Work with Sunnyvale-based engineering teams to ensure testing outcomes are seen through. Act as key point of contact between operations teams in Sunnyvale, Berlin, and Hyderabad. Accountable for ensuring information is accurate and reliable. Ensure that pre-production pilots and testing needs are well scoped and prioritized. Coordinate audits in first few regions after starting production in coordination with pilot and product teams. Drive all aspects of the software development process, including determining requirements and scope work, developing a plan, generating a schedule, crafting a team, execution, and shipping. Work cross-functionally across Maps and Apple to use the collective skills and intelligence. Make critical decisions and trade-offs to ensure projects are successful. Resolve conflicts, troubleshoot, and unblock issues. Communicate with every level of organization, from individual contributors to executives.
