JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Development Engineers Applications in Cupertino, California. Analyze, design, develop, test and implement next generation Apple custom built enterprise Human Resources Capital Management System to meet Apple’s HR global business system requirements. Responsible for end to end application development from the back-end services layer and integration with external and internal components using REST web services, messaging framework and big data database technology. Work with IS&T Architecture, Business Functional team, Quality Engineering and Information Security to ensure software is designed and developed to meet the functional requirement and adhere to Apple architecture ensuring reliability, performance and security standards. Develop technical design documents and collaborate with onsite and offshore developers to ensure product is developed to functional specification and meets quality standards and timeline. Responsible for on-going design and code reviews for product and debugging and removing development team roadblocks. Establish best engineering development practices and release management process for the product team. Follow SDLC process to ensure software product documentation and delivery pass all mandatory gates prior to implementation in production.
