JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Production Services Engineer in Cupertino, California. Create continuous integration/continuous deployment pipeline for auto deployments and auto scaling in Cloud infrastructure (Internal/External). Guide and build tools to streamline adoption for process improvements. Evaluate new products and tools. Design machine learning pipeline and write machine learning algorithms for sampling data to predict issues and potential failures from Infrastructure. Design and deploy analytics and algorithms to measure features of requests, and make predictions based on past learnings and training. Automate and create new infrastructure for expansion and new business requirements. Develop and maintain application services and drive incident management. Review hardware, software infrastructure, and application functionality to identify and optimize performance bottlenecks. Work closely with cross-functional information technology organization, business group, Apple's production support team, application engineers, systems engineers, database administrators and quality assurance team to effectively ensure implementation and reliability of Platforms and Applications.
