JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Engineering Project Coordinator in Cupertino, California. Provide engineering program management support for teams across the end-to-end analytics data pipeline. Plan, organize, and manage the analytics engineering teams project commitments and workload, including sprint planning. Attend project meetings to gather requirements, design solution & implementation, and provide impact assessment and level of effort estimates. Track engineering work status and communicate with stakeholders so they can plan their timelines. Draft documentation and provide training to customers and peers on engineering product and service offerings. Take customer feedback and requests back to engineering for triage, prioritization, and scheduling. Complete program or project re-plans based on changes in engineering resourcing or priorities. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide appropriate communication to all levels of the organization (written & verbal). Create and promote adoption of onboarding and engagement processes with engineering product & service offerings. Design analytics engineering program charter. Create and execute against program roadmap.
