Research, define, and drive strategy, product requirements and timelines to deliver software features to users. Coordinate with stakeholders in software engineering, human interface design, analytics, to resolve software challenges. Work cross-functionally to review and prioritize future software development based on risks, engineering effort and value. Develop tools to optimize engineering workflows and automate tasks to improve efficiency and quality. Enable software engineers and management to review key performance indicators and metrics on a high-level through visualization and reporting tools.
