JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Development Engineer in Cupertino, California, and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design and Drive cloud transformation strategy, architecting across chat, email, workflow & social platforms. Ownership and management of the Digital and Core Genesys platform to ensure application and hardware deployment is optimized and compliance to organization standard. Management of digital services and framework that embeds chat portal within iOS and web. Ownership on operational excellence that require mitigation, resolution, follow-up for impactful incidents and providing support for the deliverables. Manage and support existing Contact Centre platform (chat, email, workflow & social) capabilities and features. Research/analyze data as needed, via quantitative and qualitative analysis for requirements and to support solutioning. Take the position of Product Owner for an Agile scrum team, partnering with scrum team members including Scrum Master, Testers, Developers, and Designers to successfully complete sprints and deliver feature enhancements. Lead internal review sessions with all levels including Senior Leaderships. Demonstrates the ability to think critically, challenge conventional thinking, and generate and apply unique business insight to create a competitive advantage for the organization.
