JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Engineering Program Specialists in Cupertino, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Manage global supply chains, including logistics and material management for multiple modules in multiple locations. Manage all Bill of Material activities, including engineering change orders, deviations, and manufacturing change orders, as well as archiving related engineering documentation. Coordinate and facilitate export and import of engineering material and prepare required documentation for special shipment (secure ship and hand carry) activities to comply with all Apple Global Security guidelines. Create and manage engineering budgets on internal tools in addition to tracking available budgets for engineering builds. Responsible for auditing all supplier invoices for engineering builds for accuracy and archiving all relevant documentation for engineering build claims. Build Planning in an NPI environment. Manage Global Supply Chain. Materials Management. Structure the Bills of Material for release to mass production. Work closely with the engineering design teams to create engineering change orders.
