Lead fan design efforts, investigate relevant technologies, and determine feasibility given scope of product. Interact with system product design engineers to resolve issues in development builds. Diagnose the root cause of acoustic noise issues and identify design and process solutions. Review part and assembly level mechanical measurements from external vendors to assess scalability of design. Help define relevant performance and reliability tests to understand limits of design capability. Review lab equipment and identify areas of potential improvement. Mechanical design to enable integration of fan modules into systems. International travel required 15%. $161,000.00 - $242,000.00/yr.
