JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Formal Validation Engineer in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Lead the complete formal verification for single or multiple design blocks and IPs. Work with Apple's world-class System-on-a-Chip (SOC) and IP design engineers to develop a formal micro-architecture specification. Develop comprehensive formal verification test plan, proving properties of the design and finding design bugs. Work closely with design teams to help improve the micro-architecture. Craft novel and creative solutions for verifying complex design micro-architectures. Develop and implement reusable and optimized formal models and verification code base. Architect correct-by-construction design methodologies for improved formal verification efficiency and productivity. $130,000.00- $196,500.00/yr.
