Develop, implement, and verify power delivery solutions for Systems-On-Chip (SoCs) used in Apple devices. Define roadmap requirements and drive technology development for Power Integrity of future projects (Pathfinding). Develop the power architecture and design solution space for target systems based on multi-physics such as electrical, thermal, mechanical, or physical analysis. Responsible for the end-to-end modeling, simulation, and characterization of power supply systems of voltage regulator, printed circuit boards (PCBs), package, and silicon. Co-optimize supply solutions in silicon, package, and PCB. Perform feasibility study, design verification, and sign off. Perform model to hardware correlation on component and product/system level. $161,000.00 - $242,000.00/yr.
