JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Systems Design Engineer in Cupertino, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Perform Radio Frequency (RF) System Design validation and debugging for wireless telecommunications systems. Ensure RF parametric qualification, conduct evaluation, and observe adherence to carrier and industry standard requirements. Define RF hardware test requirements. Design and implement in-house test systems. Debug and resolve issues to ensure Apple’s products conform to all applicable standards. Design, integration, verify and optimize multimode RF communication. Debug and optimize performance for RF and baseband systems including LTE, WCDMA and GSM. Conduct RF test of zero IF communication systems, including its optimization and characterization. Work on hardware testing and troubleshooting for LTE, WCDMA and GSM. Work with vendors, technology suppliers and cross-functional staff to optimize RF parametric. Support the manufacturing and manufacturing test processes. $130,000.00- $196,500.00/yr.
