  JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for RF/Wireless Engineer in Cupertino, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design, develop, and optimize radio frequency hardware circuits and systems for wireless communications devices operating at mmW frequencies. Design the  integration of cellular radio platforms from initial concept study to the mass production phase. Design and integrate radio solutions for wireless technologies.  Collaborate with Radio Frequency (RF) architects, systems teams, and engineers within silicon, mechanical, thermal, and antenna design teams to develop and deliver radio solutions. Design  block diagrams, schematics, layouts, and manage BOMs for systems, modules, flex assemblies, multi-chip modules, and main logic boards. Author module performance specs and drive engagements with IC and component vendors, and contract manufacturers. Maintain strong vendor relationships with IC, filter, module, connector, and passive components vendors. Run RF linear and EM simulation for RF module design. Architect measurement systems and test plans, manage measurement campaigns and  analyze data. Prepare and present technical information and status reports to executives and program management. $161,000.00 - $242,000.00/yr.
