JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Hardware Development Engineer in Cupertino, California. Design and develop display and touch panel hardware for mobile products, including Thin Film Transistor (TFT) device modelling. Design, simulate, and model TFT circuit. Implement and analyze TFT circuit layout including panel extractions, display optical and electrical measurement and characterization. Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions. Understand, model, and verify mechanical and electrical coexistence between TFT panel and system components. Drive panel design to mass production using large data analysis. Investigate and develop new ideas for future mobile display applications. $130,000.00 - $196,500.00/yr.
