JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Systems Design Engineer in Cupertino, CA. Design, develop, and deploy custom mechanical and robotic solutions. Design mechanical fixtures; operate machining equipment,  3D printer, and inspection equipment; design using CAD and perform robotic programming and troubleshooting. Integrate custom robotic solutions for automation purposes. Debug, resolve, and improve existing mechanical and mechatronic solutions. Design custom fixtures to support fast prototyping efforts. On-boarding an facilitating activity required by 3rd party vendors in effort of mechatronic activities. Define and communicate HW/SW requirements and dependencies across x-functional wireless teams. $130,000.00 - $196,500.00/yr.
