Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Design and manage next generation software application development; redefine architecture and build a world class offline-first mobile application; leverage expertise of systems architecture and a forward-thinking mindset aimed at high readability code, as well as identify problems or bottlenecks before they become issues; develop new features for Android or iOS Apps; improve existing features, including Compliance, GPS tracking, Safety, Bluetooth and USB comms, Camera APls; work with product team to refine feature specs; communicate with back end engineers about API requirements or refinements; help support team diagnose user problems; and analyze our user's data to identify bugs. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, or a related field. Three years of experience in: Mobile application development and distribution; Leading the technical vision and roadmap; Supporting and maintaining heavy user mobile apps; and Code review.

Alternative Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, or a related field. Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in: Mobile application development and distribution; Leading the technical vision and roadmap; Supporting and maintaining heavy user mobile apps; and Code review.

Salary: $274,206 to $320,030 per year
