TITLE: EDI & API Integrations Engineer

Salary Range: $171,000/year - $176,000/year

Job Description: Develop and test EDI to XML or JSON translation mapping for customer Implementation. Deploy, maintain, and monitor integration services (BOTS, Dell Boomi, etc.). Test and verify EDI solutions are performing according to standard. Assist in analysis and identification of process improvements and propose solutions for more efficient processing. Implement the best technical solutions for our customers and carrier application requirements. Provide post-production support for customers and internal stakeholders. Identify, investigate, and resolve EDI transaction errors or other issues. Follow-up on all questions and requests directed to the support team in a timely manner until there is a confirmed resolution. Research, analyze, and recommend solutions to potential interface problems. Must be available to work in office 3 days per week. Working from home permissible 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role.

Requirements: Experience and/or education must include:

1. Develop and Test EDI to XML or JSON Translation Mapping;
2. Deploy, Maintain, and Monitor Integration Services using tools such as BOTS or Dell Boomi;
3. Test and verify EDI Solutions;
4. Technical solution implementation using Dell Boomi, SQL Server, REST API and AWS cloud services;
5. Post production support to maintain communication protocols with external parties using FTP, SFTP and AS2;
6. Issue resolution to fix any data related errors using Javascript and Groovy scripting language;
7. Provide post-production support for customers & internal stakeholders;
8. Resolve EDI transaction errors; and
9. Interface Problem Solving.

OTHER: Job Site: 4 The Embarcadero #2150, San Francisco, CA 94105. Must appear in office 3 days per week. Work from home permissible 2 days per week.
