MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus eight (8) years of post-baccalaureate experience in engineering management. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus six (6) years of experience in engineering management; OR a PhD degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in engineering management.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in at least 2 of the following: Operations Management; Business Analytics; Business Process Automation; Product Data Management (PDM); Product lifecycle management (PLM); or Dashboarding.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in at least 3 of the following tools: ERP and SAP Systems, Six Sigma Methodology; Kaizen; Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView; or 5S.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in at least 2 of the following: Capacity Analysis Modeling; Continuous Improvement Process; Lead Time Reduction; Supplier Selection; NPI Planning; Lean Engineering; Quality Audits; or Cost Modeling.
