JOB TITLE: Tools and Automation Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Tools and Automation Engineer (REQ# 200603893) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Perform WiFi Testing and Automation on Apple devices. Test IEEE802.11 protocol and WiFi features on Apple devices. Test and validate end to end network connectivity including IP, TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS, ARP protocols. Create test cases and test plans for various WiFi features, test, debug issues and file bugs. Create test beds for testing wireless systems and cross functional features. Automate test scripts using Python and deploy them. Create automated test infrastructure and tools for system level testing. Test and automate new Wireless features for every release. Test daily software builds to make sure WiFi works as expected

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $164,154 - $205,500/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
