JOB TITLE: Module Test Instrument & Automation Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Module Test Instrument & Automation Engineer (REQ# 200607907) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Research, design, develop, implement, and debug automated mass production test equipment for camera & depth module applications. Design critical electrical & optical metrology to meet design requirements for calibration and test. Define requirements and specifications of test systems. Perform documentation on requirements, calibration & test flow, hardware configurations and image/data processing software pipeline. Develop and deploy software that controls test hardware, process images & data, and calibrate image & depth performance. Work with Apple internal teams and external vendors to integrate multi-functional test heads into mass production automated test equipment. Lead the vendors and provide technical support for equipment setup, debugging of the system, failure analysis, volume data analysis and performance optimization. Review software code, circuit schematics, 3D CAD of test hardware & fixtures to identify potential glitch and performance issues. International Travel Required 25%.

The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 - $264,200/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
