Job Title: Software Engineer

Salary Range: $155,605/year - $160,605/year

Job Description: Take requirements from product specialists, then design and
implement software to address these requirements efficiently. Identify pain points for
customers in our current software and propose novel ways to improve it. Review other
engineer’s designs and implementation of software and identify any faults or
improvements that can be made. Mentor and coach other engineers to help them
improve their work. Provide support services for production software systems to ensure
good customer experience and ensure the company’s reputation is retained and
improved. Document the software for both internal and external stakeholders. Train
others to be able to support and enhance our software. Must appear in office 1 day per
week; WFH permissible 4 days per week.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering,
Computer Science, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or
related role. Alternatively, the company will accept a Master’s degree or foreign degree
equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Employer will accept any
suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
Experience and/or education must include:

1. Web Software Development including HTML and JavaScript;
2. Java Spring Framework and the software architectural structure that Spring
dictates;
3. Building and maintaining systems that use databases;
4. Agile software development methodologies to manage delivery of features
to customers in a timely manner with good quality; and
5. Real-time payment processing
Job Location: 660 Market St, Fl 4 Suite 400, San Francisco, CA 94104; Must appear in
office 1 day per week; WFH permissible 4 days per week.
