JOB TITLE: Tools and Automation Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Tools and Automation Engineer (REQ# 200615068) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop tools and automate manual test cases to improve workflow, as well as increase test coverage. Investigate automated test result failures and improve robustness of existing cases. Collaborate with frameworks teams to develop and maintain automation frameworks to latest coding standards. Perform regression, smoke, ad hoc, and end-to-end testing throughout the software release cycle using tools including Xcode, InteliJ, PythonIDE tools and etc. Collaborate with QA team members, developers, and stakeholders on testing new features. Maintain, document, and execute test cases. Identify, investigate, and call attention to critical issues that may impact the end user experience and overall software quality.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 - $258,600/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
