JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Human Resources Business Partner in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Partner with the global People team and business partners to deliver the full spectrum of strategic and tactical Human Resources (HR) services and programs to Apple’s support organization. Drive all the talent programs for six critical AppleCare teams by managing talent development, performance management, organizational design, compensation and promotion review, and succession planning. Provide direct support to Americas contact center leaders to frame the HR agenda supporting the business objectives and driving initiatives across site and home-based teams. Provide relevant data and recommendations to guide decision-making related to compensation, organizational structures, retention, promotions and other activities. Consult and influence senior management on key organizational and management changes. Ensure high-volume hiring is on track to meet goals and participate in interview process for management and key hires. Identify and implement proactive Employee Relations programs to drive improved morale and organizational performance. Align HR strategy to business strategy and provide professional HR guidance and support to relevant AppleCare client groups in the U.S.
