Keep Truckin, Inc. is seeking a Product Design Manager for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Lead product design, including user research, while maintaining cross-functional collaboration for product

 management. Partner with product leaders and define the product and business roadmap based on the team's 

research. Responsible for outcomes in delivering user-friendly experiences for new features and products. Oversee all 

industrial design projects and concepts for upcoming User Interface and Feature designs. Identify hiring needs within 

the organization, and work with the recruitment team to define and execute on a yearly hiring plan in accordance with 

product and design budget. Conduct performance reviews for all designer reports. Mentor and develop career paths 

for designers. Requires domestic and international travel to unanticipated locations up to 25%.

Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, 

plus two years of experience in: Managing technical teams; Analyzing digital product design problems; Designing 

technical solutions using tools such as Sketch, and Figma, Balsamiq Mockups; Designing software experiences using 

tools such as Sketch, Figma, Balsamiq Mockups, and InVision; and Conducting research and presenting results of user 

research using tools such as Respondent, Mural, and Google Meet. Also requires one year of experience in: Developing 

websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
