JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Development Engineers in Cupertino, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design and develop restful services using prior experience with object oriented and functional programming for Apple retail Services. Collaborate with Apple Retail Product owners and store operations to deliver new products and solutions to grow Apple retail business. Design and write software that is highly scalable and resilient to enable Apple retail customer experience. Utilize Java and its JVM related technologies to deliver high quality software. Build highly distributed systems that provide high uptime of 99.99% for store operations. Interface with our client engineering teams to build the software that is customized to Apple Stores experience. Implement custom Caching technologies and patterns to provide high scale requirements. Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery of microservices delivery to Production. Design walkthroughs with technical, business teams to validate solutions against requirements and system architecture. Implement a workflow engine for Retail Part processing and data aggregation.
