JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Technical Program Coordinators in Cupertino, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Utilize discrete event simulation to implement complex simulation projects to optimize Apple warehouses for NPI processes. Optimize fulfillment center equipment selection and material flow, process design and layout. Use discrete event simulation tools such as FlexSim/PlantSim to evaluate and report bottlenecks in manufacturing lines. Perform data analytics on operational data to drive distribution center design and operations. Automate simulation models and reporting to provide stakeholders with best operational solutions for 3PLs. Provide leadership and coordination between internal teams and vendors for multiple distribution center sites. Perform time studies using predetermined time standards such as MOST. Prepare and deliver effective presentations for internal and external meetings. Drive digital factory ecosystem architecture and implementation. Use Structured programming, databases, 3D softwares, and simulations (C++, Python, objective C, R, Sim talk, Flexscript, Flexsim, MySQL, ORACLE, SQL Server, Teradata, SAS, and DB2 Serveres, Team Center VisMockup, Auto Cad, Solid works, Plant Simulation, Arena, Any Logic, Witness). Travel Required 30%.
