Manager, Cybersecurity and Privacy- Incident and Crisis Management (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Francisco, CA. Help clients implement effective cybersecurity programs that protect against threats, propel transformation, and drive growth. Develop transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements. Help organizations manage their controls over access to critical systems, and assets during a crisis or an active cyber threat. Identify and discuss key issues with clients to identify potential opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner. Define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Bioinformatics, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Bioinformatics, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

·       Applying incident handling processes, including preparation, identification, containment, eradication, and recovery-to protect enterprise environments;

·       Analyzing the structure of common attack techniques in order to evaluate attackers' spread through a system and network,

·       Utilizing tools and evidence to determine the tactics, techniques and procedures used in an attack for both insider and external threats, choosing appropriate defenses and response tactics;

·       Examining traffic using common network protocols to identify patterns of activity or specific actions that warrant further investigation; and

·       Utilizing Network Analysis, Memory Analysis, Endpoint Analysis, Cyber Incident Lifecycle, and/or NIST 800-61.

Travel up to 80% is required.
