TITLE: QA Lead

Job Description:  Partner with Lines of Business and Key Technical resources (e.g. Information Services (IS) Teams, Process Improvement Teams, Enterprise Architects, Infrastructure leaders) as well as end users to understand requirements, define the application test strategy and support the socialization with stakeholders. Ensures RPA applications meet business and testable requirements. Testing Lead to in overall test strategy and test execution both manual and through automation. Perform end to end impact assessment for any technical change and how it may impact upstream and downstream testing. Responsible for the creation of use-cases in order to conduct successful end to end testing. Contribute to the development of governance, methodologies and procedures to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel of RPA. Define and oversee the delivery of a scalable, serviced and resilient IT infrastructure for RPA.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any Technology related field followed by 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience and/or education must include:

1. Confluence or Jira
2. RPA for technical testing and automation
3. Testing Methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
4. Partner with key stakeholders across the enterprise to include business and technology
5. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Transactional workflows and banking knowledge
