JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Development Engineer Applications Managers in Cupertino, California. Build, run and maintain the DevOps pipeline and SRE of a large and complex code infrastructure that hosts the Apple’s ecommerce platform called Apple Online Store. Build and lead globally distributed team of high-performance engineers. Responsible for Daily operation of online-store — Availability, Performance, Change management, Compliance, Monitoring, Emergency response, Capacity planning & Cost optimization. Responsible for continuous integration and deployment of 2000 repos that supports over 800 dev engineers. Build tools and innovations that increases the speed to market. Responsible for obscuring the secure and disclosed development methods and environment. Build and improve the software deployment platform, data driven automated analysis and hardware health monitoring platforms. Responsible for instrumenting for observability and setting Service Level Agreements and Reliability metrics for near real time telemetry using the Big Data platform. Implement and maintain Machine Learning based ops observability platform. Responsible for the quality of the customer experience in production, ideation, design, and development.
