JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Data Scientists in Cupertino, California. Use data to infer how users engage with Apple Products. Provide insights to stakeholders to drive the product roadmap. Contribute high quality code and deliver presentations. Attend cross functional meetings. Partner with business leaders and lead a growing team of Data Scientists to design, implement and analyze A/B test experiments intended to optimize customer experiences across Apple’s portfolio of services. Drive material improvements to signup funnel Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as customer lifecycle metrics through testing of campaigns spanning push notifications, badges, in-app sheets, and banners. Apply statistical rigor to readouts using methods of confidence testing and present experiment insights at executive levels. Build out foundational datasets to facilitate the automation of readouts in collaboration with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence. Evangelize A/B testing best practices across the organization. Craft the experimentation roadmap and future marketing channel/touchpoint integrations with data-driven prioritization. Collaborate with the Machine Learning Data Science team to incorporate machine learning models into campaigns and customer journeys plus measure their benefits.
