JOB DESCRIPTION: AC Wellness Network LLC (a subsidiary of Apple, Inc.)  has multiple positions available for Technical Program Coordinators in Cupertino, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Utilize mathematical model simulations and statistics to drive optimal and efficient utilization of factory resources (facilities, personnel, materials, equipment) during NPI Process. Utilize lean and Six Sigma concepts to drive process improvements. Factory benchmarking for best in class metrics. Calculating production costs and metrics that include time, labor, space, equipment and overhead. Managing development and implementation of projects at contract manufacturers (CMs). Visiting CMs and other production sites to lead IE discussions, evaluate onsite processes and provide improvement direction. Automate simulation models and reporting to provide stakeholders with best operational solutions for 3PLs. Use discrete event simulation tools such as FlexSim/PlantSim to evaluate and report bottlenecks in manufacturing/ service processes. Develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau/ Quicksight for real time data-analytics and decision making. Designing the layout of the plant using computer-aided design/manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software to build 3D models. International travel required 30%.
