JOB DESCRIPTION: Apple Inc. has multiple positions available for Software Development Engineer in Cupertino, California. Design and drive the development of iOS/macOS automation software used to validate pre-release versions of Apple software and hardware. Oversee quality and automation efforts of the team's software products. Monitor regularly running automation to ensure high yields for upcoming software products. Triage and fix issues discovered during automation and testing runs. Design and develop macOS tools and services used for visualizing and analyzing Apple device logs. Mentor interns and junior engineers in their daily work and development efforts. Regularly meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quick resolution of high priority issues. Add and enhance automation coverage and tools used to ensure high quality software releases. $150,000.00- $230,000.00/yr.
