Design and develop software to verify the functionality of Apple GPU designs in pre-silicon hardware models. Isolate and debug issues that are found, and drive fixes. Write coverage plans and review these plans with teams of engineers. Develop software to functionally validate Apple's new Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) hardware. Design custom targeted software to evaluate functionality of hardware features. Implement software designs using high-level graphics APIs. Build and run the applications on pre-silicon GPU hardware models. Evaluate the output of the runs to determine correctness of hardware design. Assist in debug and triage of any failures to isolate the problem area. Monitor the progress of hardware fixes and drive the feature validation to completion. $130,000.00 - $196,500.00/yr.
